We all love to get creative with amazing designs and colors, but if you don’t care for your nails, the result and health of the nails will suffer. Let us cover how to remedy dry, weak & brittle, and damaged nails e.g., from at-home UV Gel Polish kits, season change, or other.
Dry nails care
Alleviate dry flakes and a dehydrated-looking nail surface like in the picture above. Just follow these daily steps 3 times a day: Use the Cuticle Eraser and then SolarOil.
Cuticle eraser contains A.H.A. (Alpha Hydroxy Acid), which will gently exfoliate away the dry cuticles, while rehydrating the nail with almond oil, glycerin (humectant) and vitamin E. SolarOil will lock in all that moisture with Jojoba, almond and rice bran oil and vitamin E. Oils that will prevent transepidermal water loss (water escaping through the skin), retaining moisture and suppleness. These two products are like shampoo and conditioner for nails.
Nail care for weak & brittle nails
Strengthener RXx covers the nail surface in a flexible, protective layer, effectively fusing each nail plate, thus hindering breakage. At the same time, it contains Sellery extract and Tsubaki Oil, giving the nail flexibility – remember, hard and brittle nails break at the weakest point, and soft, flexible nails can withstand stress and deform without breaking. It just bends and snaps back into shape.
Retain nail flexibility and hinder breakage with Strengthener RXx. The natural nail consists of plates of hard protein called keratin stacked on top of each other like roof tiles. Between each plate (or tile), the nail is the weakest and will tend to break if stressed – especially at the tip where the underlying bed of your finger does not support it. It is also here where it will receive the most stress from you using your hands in daily life.

Shake Stenghtener RXx 30 sec. before use.

Day 1: Stenghtener RXx: 2 thin coats (**wait till dry**) Cuticle Eraser & Solar Oil

Day 2 & 3: Stengthener RXx: 1 thin coat (**wait till dry**) Cuticle Eraser & Solar Oil

Day 4: Remove Strengthener RXx and repeat.
Use 14 days for visibly stronger nails and a smoother nail surface. Don’t forget the cuticle eraser and solar oil for even more strength and flexibility.
Damaged nails remedy
It is quite common for a nail customer to try and peel off a gel treatment, resulting in flaky and damaged nail layers. As luck would have it, CND has a remedy to combat damaged nails.
The natural nail is mostly Keratin protein, and RescueRXx contains this very same ingredient, which binds to the natural nail to strengthen the nail plate. In addition, it also contains Jojoba and Almond Oil to enhance flexibility so that the damaged nail plate does not break at the damaged site.
This is how to use Rescue RXx:

Shake Rescue RXx for 30 seconds before use.

Apply Rescue RXx to only the nail and massage into the surface 2-3 times per day for up to 4 weeks.
