After careful consideration we have decided to change our main freight forwarder to DSV, a global leader within freight forwarding. DSV is operating with different fulfillment partners in each country (GLS in Sweden, Austria & Denmark, UPS in France & Switzerland, and FedEx in Finland. This change is aimed at enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our shipping processes, as we with this change ensure a consolidated and more reliable pickup process from our warehouse. It also means, that we for now can keep our current shipping prices and freight free limits, event the global freight prices have increased a lot during the last years.
We have been working intensively on this transition with DSV, that has a proven track record of excellence and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Therefor we are confident that this change over time and after the transition period. will enable us to better meet your expectations and provide you with an even higher level of service.
